i think that the only way to work around this is to work with the marina. if we were to move the ryde to where the medway queen used to be (hummm that sounds so easy!!) it opens up a huge area for the marina to add additional berthing places. the only way i think that we can get the ryde restored is to make it profitable for the owner and the harbour, this will most likley cost more money, but perhaps the only way anything will happen.
