The biggest problem for southsea is that her current owners do not understand the situation and never have. the southsea soc. did and were not shy in telling its members that to make her fully operational again would take around £4 million pounds! they were also never refunded for the share of the vessel or the towage fees from cardiff back to portsmouth. after the debacle of her being towed to southampton the soc. pretty much fell apart and no longer exists. therefore there are a large number of people that could help, but will not because of the present owners disregard for title of ownership etc etc. sorry to go on but it gets my goat!
