The Trust

The Paddle Steamer Ryde Trust is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and pending charitable status. There are no shareholders and at present three active trustees.

Our core purpose is to acquire, restore and operate Paddle Steamer Ryde as a self-financing tourist and educational attraction on the Solent and South Coast, just as the paddle steamers Waverley and Kingswear Castle are operated in other parts of the UK.
